Job Summary and Qualifications
Rapid Responders are collaborative members of the health care team who deliver nursing and collaborative medical aspects of care to specific populations within the scope of care delineated by the licensing board and professional standards of care. Rapid Responders collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary team members to review the plan of care, intervene when necessary to ensure adequate delivery of quality, cost-effective care, and maintain continuity of care through appropriate referral and follow-up.
What qualifications you will need:
This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
HCA Houston Healthcare North Cypress, a campus of HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood, is a165+ bed, general acute care hospital, founded in 2006 by local physicians who wanted to create a sophisticated, patient-friendly healthcare environment for their community. - Graduate of an accredited program of nursing: associate degree or baccalaureate program
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- CCRN, CNRN, and/or CEN preferred, required after six months completeion in position
- Minimum Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years professional nursing experience in Intensive Care or Emergency Department
