Job Summary and Qualifications
We are seeking a dynamic ICU PRN to join our team. We need a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care for patients that need close monitoring and frequent assessments. In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner

HCA Florida Poinciana Hospital is a purpose-guided healthcare provider. We are a four-story, 150,000-square-foot hospital. We have 70 private beds and a six-bed private ICU. We provide a full range of acute care services including emergency services, inpatient and outpatient diagnostic imaging, and inpatient and outpatient surgery. Other services include cardiac catheterization, laboratory, pharmacy, and a full range of support services. Our Emergency Department (ED) is approximately 14,500 square feet. Our ED consists of 22 private treatment rooms, an EMS entrance, and a helicopter pad. Job Summary and Qualifications

What will you will do in this role:
- Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
- Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions
- Provide high focus care with a commitment to continuous improvement
Job Requirements:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
- 1+ years experience as RN in acute care environment is preferred
- BLS required
- ACLS required within 6 months of hire
- BSN is preferred
- CCRN preferred
What qualifications you will need:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
